Baby Blue, Powder Blue, What’s a Woman to Wear …

June 7, 2009

Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor meets with Sen. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., in AP – Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor meets with Sen. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., in his hideaway office  …
Without womankind as a one-down global gender caste to the male Suits (see the wall pictures and Sen. Specter), men cannot perpetuate the hypocrisy of one-up leadership and control of womankind.  Despite intensely personal criticism of Supreme Court Nominee Sotomayor,   nobody seems to know where she really stands on a woman’s right to abortion.  (As graffiti used to show, before Roe v. Wade:   “If men could get pregnant, abortion would be a sacrament.”) In this skirmish of the longest war, at  least there is a woman friend who tells the truth about female genius:   Rep. Nydia M. Velazquez, D-N.Y., a friend of Sotomayor: “She has the responsibility as a judge to question and to challenge. If it’s a man, that is `tough’ — it’s OK — if it’s a woman then somehow she is a bully or has a bad tamper,” Velazquez said.

Obama’s mankind, the sons of God … and to every man “a female”

June 4, 2009

Even if men of different male-dominant “God” faiths make peace among themselves, the longest war by the language here depicted is slated to continue against womankind — men’s rules, men’s game, every man to have “a female” on men’s terms.   It’s  not a world any self-respecting woman ought to accept.  Why aren’t feminists calling Obama on this?  He’s better looking than Bush, but, hey, he’s sounding as much like a misogynist behind the smile as his presidential predecessor.

NEW YORK – President Barack Obama showed respect for Islam by quoting from the Quran in his speech Thursday but did so in a way meant to resonate with Christians and Jews as well….

“The Holy Quran tells us, ‘Mankind, we have created you male and a female. And we have made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another,'” Obama said in the Cairo address. “The Talmud tells us, ‘The whole of the Torah is for the purpose of promoting peace.’ The Holy Bible tells us, ‘Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.'”

Whatever men may say, the God described has never been about peace but piece.  Goddess help us all.

Real vs. reel man (Kung Fu Myth)

“David Carradine, ‘Kung Fu’ Star, Dies in Bangkok, Nation Reports

By Charlotte Porter

[Socially critiqued excerpt from] June 4 (Bloomberg) — David Carradine, who starred in the television series “Kung Fu” and appeared in the movie “Kill Bill,” was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room, The Nation reported, citing police. Police suspect suicide, The Nation said. He was 72.

Blog Critique:  In the longest war, womankind must be shown in the harshest (or hawt-est) light possible, while the trashy truth about men must be sanitized, glorified and constantly spun by media, as pictured above, as pictured and described in this blog in general.

David Carradine, case in point.  Follow the circle of the media disinformation about David Carradine as bearing on the daily programming to prop up a falsely high self-esteem in the social gender class of maledom (compared to which womankind remains the one-down class).

After David Carradine was found at the end of a rope, apparent suicide by hanging (imagine that picture of somebody who could not save himself, much less be a male protector against other men for  any woman), mass media today shows him  in a tux (reel lie).  Not that we’d want to see him hanging from the rope (real truth), but the reel lie in a tux perpetuates the mystique of the sharp-dressed man, a tux being a power suit, a hero’s garb.

In general today’s news reports that link David Carradine with death at his own hand by self-hanging do not also link him to the Kung Fu TV show which iconically featured him as a man of great peace and wisdom (reel lie).  Generally today’s news that links the dead David Carradine with Kung Fu does not identify that he apparently hanged himself in his luxury Thai hotel room, but instead shows him smiling, alive and in a tux.  Another big suit.  Another falsely believed and falsely posited super man.  Another lie in the longest war.

Governator not a good enough actor to conceal his sick glee … The Goddess Nemesis says, “I’ll be back”

May 29, 2009

Check out his facial expression for yourself.  You can see the Governator’s  barely concealed sick glee at doing something that makes no financial sense whatsoever.  His plan, however,  does support man’s longest war against womankind by putting at risk  women’s autonomous “public” park connections (free of dependence on the wealth of a husband or male “benefactor”) to  Mother Nature.  When economies falter and folks lose homes and yards of their own, free public parks would be one necessary last bastion of  hope for nature-and-nurture connection.  If you cared about people, then upholding the affordable domain of “public” parks would be antidote to the man-made socially sadistic urban blight and traffic gridlock that has become most of today’s California  —

Facing a growing state budget deficit, that could reach nearly $24 billion, AP – Facing a growing state budget deficit, that could reach nearly $24 billion, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger … [Socially critiqued excerpts from mainstream, man-stream, male-stream, malevolent, male-violent  media, as typical on this blog]

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s budget cuts could mean the closing of up to 220 state parks, among them the home of the world’s tallest tree and other attractions that draw millions of visitors. …

“This is a worst-case scenario,” said Roy Sterns, a spokesman at the state parks department. “If we can do less than this, we will try. But under the present proposal, this is it.” …

The proposal has angered conservationists and some Democrats in the Legislature, who say California’s parks are treasured spots that help the state and local economy.

“State parks draw tourism to California,” State Parks Foundation president Elizabeth Goldstein said. “This proposal makes the budget situation worse.”

The foundation estimates the state gets a $2.35 return for every dollar it spends on parks….”
